Elsie’s House is a non-profit organization that is dependent on our generous donors. If you would like to support us financially, please click on our donation button below. Elsie’s House also accepts gently used baby items up to 24 months old, to distribute to families in need in our community.
How We Got Our Name
Elsie Alexander has made it her life’s work to show people their inherent worth. Every human life has value and all of us have something to contribute to the world!
While Elsie lived in Lethbridge from 1972-2007, she was a warrior for the rights of women and children –always sacrificing her time for those in need. Numerous boards and committees benefited from her leadership skills, humility, and willingness to serve.
We are so honored to name this space after her.
